Worcester County Public Schools offers a Summer Academy Program to all students in Pre-kindergarten through Grade 12 who are enrolled in the school system. The 19-day program, from June 23 through July 18, is designed to improve reading and math achievement, while providing enrichment in art, music, technology, creative challenges, investigative/environmental science, and nutrition/fitness. The school system's Summer Academies are funded through grants (federal and state), local funding, or a combination of both. The program is offered at no charge to school system students.
