Worcester County Public Schools offers a Summer Academy Program to all students in Pre-kindergarten through Grade 12 who are enrolled in the school system. The program, from June 23 through July 21, is designed to improve reading and math achievement, while providing enrichment in art, music, technology, creative challenges, investigative/environmental science, and nutrition/fitness. The school system's Summer Academies are funded through grants (federal and state), local funding, or a combination of both. The program is offered at no charge to school system students.
