Worcester County Public Schools is committed to providing the best education possible for our youth. Having the best teachers in our classrooms is paramount. In addition to providing our teachers with professional development that is ongoing and relevant, our school system works collaboratively with colleges and universities to help prepare future teachers for success in the classroom. This collaborative partnership is comprised of schools where future teacher interns are able to be paired with mentor teachers for internships. Partnership schools are referred to as Professional Development Schools (PDS).
