Ocean City Elementary School is a PreK through Grade 4 National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. The unifying thread of our school is that we work as a team with one vision in mind. This vision is to make all students successful academically, as well as behaviorally, and make children productive citizens in our society. To consistently focus on our vision, we have built a set of rigorous "norms" which are maintained and modeled by all faculty and staff.

Mission Statement
Ocean City Elementary School's mission statement is based upon the belief which is reflected in our motto: "I can be anything, I can learn anything, if I believe in myself, and work hard." All faculty and staff believe in the premise that what we expect is what we get. At OCES, we hold high expectations both behaviorally and academically for all children, as well as ourselves. We are committed to providing a safe, orderly, and attractive environment in which on-task behavior is a norm expectation. We are united in our belief that there are “no excuses” when it comes to educating all students.
